Dr. Ankit Jain is a senior consultant cardiologist, interventional cardiologist, and cardiac electrophysiology specialist with more than 13 years of experience in advanced cardiac sciences and complex heart rhythm management. He is currently serving as Additional Director – Cardiology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute and is also associated with Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj. Dr. Ankit Jain completed his DM Cardiology from the prestigious AIIMS, New Delhi, followed by an APHRS Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan, under Prof. Shih-Ann Chen. His expertise includes radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) and SVT, ventricular tachycardia treatment, cardiac conduction system pacing, cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), AICD and pacemaker implantation, and leadless pacemaker implantation. He has successfully performed over 2500 electrophysiology studies, RFA procedures, ICD and pacemaker implantations, along with more than 2000 coronary interventions and complex cardiac procedures.
